Garramone`s Pizza & Italian in Lakewood

We ordered a pizza with double sausage this evening and pizza wasn't up to the standards it use to be. Not much sausage and burned on edges..poor quality! Not worth we paid..must have changed the cook or something

Waitress has been here 10 years and is still slow and I dont know why they have to overcook the pizza you have to cut the crust with a knife. I been coming here since 1973. Just dont get it. Maybe it's because the old man hasn't been around for years.

Prompt service and nice selection of Italian food. You'll notice the signage for restaurant first from road side, but when pulling in it sits to the back on the right hand side. Great place for a gathering. They have take- out and do catering. Tasty food.

A good family owned Italian restaurant with decent lasagna. Usually soup or salad and bread with the meal. Less than $20.00 - food & tip.

Since Dino's closed, this place is a great replacement for a mom and pop, traditional Italian restaurant! Delicious home made spaghetti!

Ordered a couple of sausage sandwiches and I was asked if I wanted green peppers and cheese I said just how they usually come which is with green chilli pepper not green bell peppers, the sandwiches did not have green chillies as is normal The bread was stale and the sandwiches basically lousy.The last couple of pizzas we ordered were also lousy. It's a shame Garramones use to have good food but not anymore.My family has been getting take out and eating in at Garramones since they opened for business but after today that's probably going to end. Very dissatisfied.

We love the food here!!! If your looking for amazing Italian this is the place for you! My husband and I have tried many different dishes on the menu and it always tastes amazing ! Homemade noodles are to die for!!!!It would be 5 stars if the service was better. Usually it's high school kids and I understand they are learning but if you are looking to be waited on this is not the go to place.

Quality food at a good price. We have known the family since they have opened and they always do a great job of serving up quality homestyle food in a family atmosphere.

I would have rather eaten a spread from jail. Worst chicken parmesan I've ever had. Neither my wife, my brother, or I enjoyed our food. Waitress was nice though very good at bringing things from point a to point b.

I don't know how this place has positive reviews. Their spaghetti is as thick as udon noodles, their sauce reminds be of elementary school lunch. The spaghetti and meatballs I got came delivered in a bucket. The meatballs were terribly low quality. Your 6yr old might light it, but this is by no means good quality adult Italian food.

It was okay, this right here is the Stromboli that they have its for 11.25 , was disappointed in the stromboli as you can see it has American cheese inside of the Stromboli did not like that.. they do have a special that runs on Monday it spaghetti and your choice of meat.. but if you want a good Stromboli I suggest going to Johnny's Pizza over there off of Wadsworth and Mississippi.

AUCE spaghetti w sausage or meatballs $7.95 Mondays. Bread and Salad too. Homemade noodles!!!

This looked really good when I first got it but once I started to break into the chicken skin and fries, i found the fried chicken had bones in them yum. The fries were all still soaked in grease but when i ate them they didnt feel cooked all the way. My girlfriend had eggplant and spaghetti. She said the spaghetti wasn't good and the. Bread tasted like it had. Been left out for a while. Only went here because I got a gift certificate and dont think I'd come back.

Great service good old fashioned Italian. Meatballs and ravioli yumm. Don't forget the Spumoni

So I have only been here one time a very long time ago and bought food that was extremely distasteful, freezer burnt.. sauceless. Nasty, although I called the people which were very nice to me and resolved it well.. told me I could get in restaurant credit but I never came back bc it was so bad

I really like this place, they have authentic Italian red sauce and the meatballs are tender and very tasty. Their minestrone soup is very good. It's made with vegetables and pasta.The service is friendly and they do come back and check to see if you need anything.

Worst pasta I have ever had. I make homemade pasta and it doesn't taste or look like their Took one bite and couldn't stomach it. I cannot ynderstand why this place has such high ratings, flavor is non- existant. Will never be back.

Always good food at reasonable price

Very slow cooks and pretty long waits on pick up order or delivery , especially during the weeknights cant imagine what happens on weekends!!! I order usually trough Doordash and my app shows that the dashers wait in the restaraunt for very long time and restaraunt always has missing food or wrong order!!! Disappointed with such restaraunt i wish this places go extinct ...

If Denver had a contest for the best Italian restaurant, Garramone's would win hands down!! They have unlimited combinations for their homemade pizza. Plus, all of their food is easily available for takeout at a reasonable price. The owners are very active in our community & consider you a part of their family.

Loved Garramone's! Their pizza has always been hot and delicious. Stromboli's are awesome.I have never been disappointed going here until going back today!Update 7/8/18:Hadn't been here in a few years until today. Food was actually as good as it was but the girl who waited on us totally sucked! Ordered coffee and she brings it with no spoon, had to ask for refills, never came back once to see if we needed anything. Had a to go order and had to ask where it was at and of course, she spaced it out! Would still be sitting there waiting for it if I hadn't asked if it was ready! She was more interested in bitching about school to the guy's in the back. Not coming back because of her. Now 1starGet some help that actually does some work!Shouldn't have left a dime for a tip.... She made a decent amount on the tip for doing absolutely nothing but my fault for being a decent person...

Very horrible take out service! Walked in and would not even acknowledge me!! I was a loyal customer ordering 1 to 2 pizzas a week! Will never order take out from here again!!!!! Didn’t even get my pizza! Ended up grabbing Wendy’s after leaving here steaming mad 😡

Very good food. Nice little hideaway tucked in , S.W. of Jewell Ave. And Garrison St. In Lakewood. I had the spaghetti lunch special. Nice portion of home made noodles, choice of sausage or meatball, sauce of coarse and delicious, salad and bread for 8.95. Good customer service. Try them out!

Very good pizza joint. I did carryout so I don't know the atmosphere. But I'm a native Chicagoan, and this pizza, in a little unassuming Lakewood neighborhood I liked quite a bit. The crust was a little bit on the thicker side, and a little heavy on the sauce, but I'm splitting hairs. The cheese, toppings and overall results were perfecto!

Just had lunch here it was good! And very reasonably priced. The staff was super nice as well! What a little hidden gem!

PRICES ONLINE WRONG... BEWARE FOOD SUCKSWe had meatballs, cheese sticks, chicken Stromboli, and chicken cutlet sandwich no bread. Meatballs were the frozen bag type, cold in the middle. The chicken cutlets were sooo gross. Breaded out of a bag, and cooked so much the parm cheese on top turned brown. Cheese sticks were those mostly batter no cheese and also the frozen prefab style. We thought we were dining family owned Italian but honestly for 35 dollars and no alcohol we should have gone to olive yuckardens!!!!!! 🤮💩
